it wasn't the flat on the picture so be carrefull!

it wasn't the flat on the picture so be carrefull! also the trash was full of garbage, the bathroom was really dirty, and in the flat there was coakroach!!!

Spacious room, secured place with security guards, clean kitchen , hot shower, the hosts were really accommodating and helped us answe questions

Both toilets were giving us a really hard time but that is most Filipino toilets in general.

The location is just around the city of cebu. And security ofthe village is well applied for the safety of everyone.

Well not really that we don't like but the pool i think is not open?...

The place are really clean and very affordable. highly recommended to everyone who is in budget but beyond expectations on what you have paid. One of the best place I had stayed.

Really hard for the transportation. best to book uber to avoid hastle if you do not have a car.

Good price. Free big bottle of water

Swiming pool without sun beds. Owner asked extra 400 pesos for using second room. One day toilet was littered. In bedroom internet signal very low. Only in living room good wifi.

In general will recommend to my family and friends...will booked again.

The host specially Mr.Garry was excellent.

The water supply always off of source and door knob need to change. It would be helpful from the booking confirmations should mention that other information about property exact room building location can get from the security guard because the office entrance in SAEKYONG VILLAGE dont know anything directly washing her hands when I ask info from her about Mr.Garry owner directly answer we don't know anything with it.
